What is a Permanent Contractor?
If you hire people to work remote from outside the USA through an HR company as contract workers IRS rules do not apply.
You can have the same loyalty, longevity and quality of USA based CAREER EMPLOYEES without the employee related legal risks, you do not pay any tax, no cost for health or other insurance, no cost to recruit & payroll, no cost for computers, internet or an of the overhead costs that come with a USA based employee = 50% less than in mainland USA.
Nicole ( in the video ) works as a permanent contractor remote from the Dominican Republic for a company in New York. She is building a long term career with this company where her cost is 50% less than an employee in the mainland USA.
Important! Nicole created this Youtube video where she starts with a basic introduction and information, takes a break and continues with a full detailed presentation. If you view the introduction and want more information, continue viewing the remainder of video or mark the spot and come back later to finish.
Here is the simple explanation. First, we are not an offshore company such as call centers, RPO or virtual assistant firms. They hire people as their employees to own, control and rent out to companies in USA as extra, lower cost and expendable staff.
These companies make big claims of great workers for the low cost but the truth is most American companies that try these offshore services cancel when realizing the failures and low quality outweigh the benefits of lower cost.
Our Permanent Contractor plan is a much smarter way for you to add nearshore/lower cost staff to your company's strategy and operation.
Assume you hire a contractor in the USA either direct or through an agency or even a 1099. And, you are using them to perform the same job as an employee.
A reason to do this is to avoid the legal risks of an employee and paying all the extra costs of employee payroll tax, benefits, insurance, retirement etc.
The IRS rules say that if you manage the contractor same as an employee the IRS may audit and force you to convert the contractor to employee. Then comes penalties, back taxes, back owed benefits etc.
This means if you control the contractor's work hours, activity numbers or anything that makes it appear you are managing the contractor same as an employee the IRS can perceive this as an employer/employee relationship, not as a company hiring a contractor for project work.
Or, a contractor is managed similar to an employee and they are terminated then get upset and file a lawsuit to claim all the back owed employee compensation and benefits. These things do happen and is why companies in USA cannot use contractors to perform the same jobs as normal employees.
However, the IRS rules do not apply to contractors who work remote from other countries. IRS rules ONLY apply to USA citizens.
Example: Our USA/Dominican HR company can recruit people in the Dominican Republic for you to interview over Zoom or Teams.
Examples can be a personal assistant for your company leaders, recruiter trainees, customer/sales/technical support, accounting or any job that can be performed online/phone and is trainable.
You tell us who to hire and our Dominican Human Resources company hires the person/people on your behalf.
On paper the people are contractors through the Dominican HR company. However, they fit in and work for you same as long term career-minded employees where IRS rules do not apply.
An example is Samantha in the DR has been working with a corporation in Atlanta for the past 5 years. She has been given promotions and has become a critical person/worker where her cost is 50% less than working as an employee in Atlanta.
We fit in the middle between the company in Atlanta and Samantha in the DR to make this all happen.
Your Company - Our USA corp. - Our Dominican HR company - Samantha in DR works for you
This is very simple if you think of it. We eliminate offshore Rent-A-Worker companies and replace them with your using our Dominican HR company as a short-cut to find and hire excellent people to work direct for your company as long term career-minded "permanent contractors"
We use the term permanent contractor just to help explain how a person like Samantha can work remote from the DR for your company fitting in same as a career employee while on paper she is a contractor through our Dominican HR company where IRS rules do not apply.
And, the DR is only 2 hours from Miami. You can easily fly to DR to spend time with your remote/lower cost staff!
Each month we FRONT the money to cover payroll for people set up to work for your company. The next month your company reimburses our USA corporation so no money flows from your company outside the USA.

The Dominican Republic is only 2 hours from Miami.
College educated English/Spanish speaking people can work remote from the DR as Permanent Contractors for 50% to 70% less than in the mainland USA. And, turnover is lower!
Many of these people are American/Dominicans with family in the USA.
